Founded in 1994, IronSolve has been constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers & help them overcome their challenges. We started as a small toolroom and have since expanded to become a leading manufacturer & problem solver in the industry.

At IronSolve, precision and quality are at the core of what we do. With over 45 years of combined experience, our team specializes in precision engineering, prototyping, specialized and general welding, tool, jig, and die making, custom tooling, and custom machine building. We take on complex engineering challenges, ensuring that every component we produce meets the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and performance.

Using advanced CNC and conventional machining, CAD design, and expert fabrication techniques, we deliver solutions tailored to each client's needs. Whether it's a single prototype, a full production run, a custom part, or a fully built machine, we guarantee precision, consistency, and reliability in every project.

Located in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa, our facility may be small, but we believe that dynamite comes in small packages. We prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on precision, efficiency, and top-tier craftsmanship. Our goal isn’t to be the biggest—but to be the best, as our work always speaks for itself. By staying compact and specialized, we ensure that every project gets the attention to detail it deserves. 

In 1980, IronSolve was founded by two friends who shared a passion for machining and engineering. They started in a small garage with just a few machines and a dream to become a leading manufacturer in the industry.
